Shipping information:
Since we use Fedex Ground for delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's. Please be sure to provide a street address. Shipping costs are calculated by our systems, according to the weight,
number of products and shipping address destination in the Continental US. The products don't include shipping costs.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx ground from Laredo TX
to the point of destination. For shippments outside of the US Continental or Canada, there will be an email notice of extra payment for shipping cost, according the total weight of the previous order. <back to top>
Delivery time, out of stock items
and back orders: We usually ship orders every next Monday on all paid orders until prior Wednesday, by FedEx ground services, and the merchandise may be delivery,after 10 bussines days unless, product is in stock. In such case, we will capture your transaction and notify you within next 4 business day. Orders from outside the United States or Canada will be shipped through United States Postal Service, please contact us to check the time of delivery. At this point, you will have the option to cancel or place it on backorder.

You may change your order if your order has not been shipped from our inventory. Contact us immediately to warn us about the change. If the order has already been shipped, we will need to handle it as a return.

100% satisfaction is guarantee and return policy: . If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items to obtain a replacement or refund, indicating your reasons. Is important that you contact us and return the products within 30 days of the receipt of your order. No refunds will be available after the 30-day period has expired. Also notify us with a written statement explaining you unsatisfaction. Tiles and tiles will ship a replacement over 5 business days after we receive your returned merchandise, you must send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking number (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Registered Mail). It is strongly recommended that you pack the products very well, send them with a traceable service, also insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive to us in their original condition.The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Once we receive the product, we will refund your payment minus all shipping costs and any other associated costs. Colors: The appreciation of the color of the Mexican tiles can vary depending on the configuration on each monitor. Please keep in mind there may be some color or model discrepancies due to monitor's configuration or another cause. There are small variations on color from one tile to another tile as they are hand made..<back to top>
Defective merchandise /warranty:Inperfections are one of the characteristic of these handmade Mexican tiles and ceramic products, and we make every effort to inspect our goods before shipping to assure that you receive quality tiles. The tiles as they are hand made are not prefectly square. There are small variations on color from one tile to another tile as they are hand made.

Damaged in transit: If the box has external damage, this does not always means there is damage to the product. However, if you open the box or boxes and observe a damage, you must notify the carrier regarding damages immediately. You must also notify our office within 48 hours after you receive the product. we will make arrangements with you to return damage items and to send replacement pieces.<back to top>
